Recently, a new discovery has revealed the serious problem of illegal aliens, many of whom do not even speak English, who’ve been issued commercial driver’s licenses to drive semi trucks weighing between 25,000 – 80,000 lbs on U.S. highways.
In October, an illegal immigrant from India reportedly caused a horrific, fiery crash that left 3 people dead on the Florida turnpike. The illegal alien received his commercial driver’s license from Gavin Newsom’s sanctuary state of California.

After Singh’s arrest, another video appeared on social media showing him being pulled over in New Mexico only months before killing 3 innocent Americans. In the video, Singh can be seen attempting to communicate with the police officers after making an illegal U-turn. Unfortunately, like most illegal aliens driving these massive rigs, Singh could not speak English, which means he likely can’t read road signs on our highways and roads.

Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem recently revealed shocking statistics about the number of illegal aliens who are driving big rigs on our roads and highways, including an illegal alien from Indiana who killed one person while driving a semi truck without a valid license.

Rep. Byron Daniels (R-FL), appeared on Fox Business News to a discuss an illegal alien in Indiana who didn’t have a commercial license when he killed one person in a crash that could’ve been avoided. He discussed HR 5177 a federal bill that that would crackdown on illegal alien truck drivers . Byron said should be a non-partisan issue, but the fact is, he claims that Democrats are the ones giving out these licenses to truck drivers.

Speaking of Democrats giving commercial licenses to illegal aliens, today, ICE announced the arrest an illegal alien from Mauritania with a Michigan Commercial Driver’s license who was arrested 3 weeks ago in Indiana.
On October 16, ICE, in partnership with the Indiana State Police, arrested Ahmed Nenni, an illegal alien from Mauritania. In Nemi’s possession was a commercial driver’s license issued by the Michigan Secretary of State under the leadership of the Democrat candidate for governor, Jocelyn Benson.
So, how did an illegal alien from Mauritania illegally enter the United States through our southern border?
New Route Fuels Surge of Mauritanian Migrants Heading to the U.S.
In 2023, the AP reported about a sudden surge of migration from Mauritania to the United States took off—driven by the discovery of a new backdoor route through Nicaragua, a country whose relaxed visa rules opened the way for thousands. There, Mauritanians and select other foreign nationals can buy low-cost visas with no need to show onward travel plans.
What began as whispers among travelers soon became a booming business. Travel agencies and social-media influencers on TikTok began advertising “migration packages” — complete with connecting flights from Mauritania to Turkey, Colombia, and El Salvador, ending in Managua. Once on Nicaraguan soil, migrants join bus convoys heading north, guided by smugglers moving streams of asylum seekers toward the U.S. border.
According to the CIA, Mauritania is 100% Muslim. The constitution defines the country as an Islamic republic and designates Islam as the sole religion of the citizenry and state. The law prohibits blasphemy and apostasy and defines them as crimes punishable by death.
According to ICE, Ahmed Nenni illegally entered the US on September 15, 2023, in San Diego, CA, and was RELEASED by the Biden administration.
In 2025, Nenni married an American woman and was in what appears to be a Christian(?) chapel on their wedding day. The photo appears on her GoFundMe page, where she asks for help with her bills and to pay for her husband’s legal defense.
The Mauritian resident, who, according to the driver’s license that he never should have received from the MI Secretary of State’s office, was residing in the rural community of Shelby Twp., MI, when he was arrested. At the time of his arrest, he was employed by Zain Express Inc., a trucking company that’s been in business since 2013 and is located in Dearborn, MI. Zain Trucking Inc. is registered under the name of Imad Aljabur in Dearborn, MI and has been in business since 2013.
The Zain Trucking Company website clearly lists the qualifications to drive for their company.
Qualifications:
MINIMUM DRIVER QUALIFICATIONS:
23 years of age
Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience
A valid CDL
Meet all DOT requirements
Clean Driving Record
Drug Test
Thanks to Michigan’s Soros-funded Democrat Secretary of State, Jocelyn Benson, who is also running as a Democrat to become Michigan’s next governor, Nenni was able to obtain a driver’s license, despite not being qualified, leaving Mr. Aljabur open to the consequences he could have faced if Nenni was involved in a crash like so many other illegal aliens driving 40-ton weapons on American roads and highways.
According to MIchigan and Federal law:
A valid Michigan Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) means the applicant meets all of the following:
1. Age & Residency
Must be at least 18 years old to drive within Michigan (intrastate).
Must be 21 or older to drive across state lines (interstate), or to haul hazardous materials.
Must be a legal U.S. resident — meaning:
You must be either a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident (green card holder), or a non-citizen with legal presence in the U.S. (for example, someone with a valid work visa).
You must present proof of legal presence when applying or renewing a CDL.
Michigan’s Secretary of State cannot issue a CDL to someone who cannot prove legal presence in the United States.
Michigan Compiled Laws § 257.312f and § 257.312d, and federal rule 49 CFR §383.71(a)(2).
The Michigan Immigrants Rights Center website clarifies
Michigan law requires proof of U.S. citizenship or “legal presence” in the United States to obtain a Michigan driver’s license. SB 501 does not change that. Those who do not have legal immigration status in the United States are not eligible for a Michigan driver’s license.
So, who should be held accountable when illegal aliens are caught driving in America? Should the trucking companies be held accountable or should the secretaries of state who issued the driver’s licenses to illegal aliens be punished for their crimes? If a trucking company is presented with a legal drivers’ license issued by Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson’s office, shouldn’t Ms. Benson be held accountable?
A statement from the United States Department of Homeland Security reads: “Nenni remains in ICE custody at the Joe Corley Processing Center in Conroe, Texas, pending immigration proceedings.”
In their statement, US Homeland Security thanks President Trump and Secretary Noem, saying, “Operation Midway Blitz has resulted in ICE’s arrest of more than 140 illegal alien truck drivers in Indiana. The brave men and women of ICE and the Indiana State Police are working nonstop to get illegal aliens out of our communities and off our roads.”
Unlike Democrat Governor Newsom’s state of California, which is issuing CDLs to illegal aliens, red states across America are cracking down on this serious security issue. This trucker reveals that over 125 illegal alien truck drivers were arrested in Oklahoma during a coordinated sting.

This illegal alien was arrested in Oklahoma with the name “NO NAME GIVEN” on his license that was issued in the Democrat majority state of NY.
