Former Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz pushed back against the FBI and DOJ claims that there is no Epstein “client list” during an appearance on Sean Spicer’s podcast “The Sean Spicer Show” on Thursday.
A new FBI, DOJ memo released on Sunday concluded Jeffrey Epstein did not have a client list that he used for blackmail. The FBI also determined that Epstein did commit suicide in August 2019.
The DOJ released 11 hours of video of Epstein’s jail cell ‘proving’ that no one entered the cell the night he died.
The FBI also suggested no further documents related to Epstein would be released.
“To that end, while we have labored to provide the public with maximum information regarding Epstein and ensured examination of any evidence in the government’s possession, it is the determination of the Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation that no further disclosure would be appropriate or warranted,” the FBI memo said.
Dershowitz, who was named as John Doe in the Epstein court documents, said that he knows the names of the individuals on Epstein’s client list.
“Documents are being suppressed to protect individuals. I know the names of the individuals. I know why they’re being suppressed. I know who’s suppressing them. But I’m bound by confidentiality from the judge on the case and I can’t disclose what I know,” Dershowitz told Sean Spicer.

In July 2022, Gateway Pundit lawyers Marc Randazza and Jay Wolman of the Randazza Legal Group, along with GP General Counsel John Burns, filed a motion to intervene in the Guiffre v. Maxwell case in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
As a media intervenor, TGP requested the Court to unseal all records identifying Epstein’s Sex Clients.
In August 2022, the federal judge overseeing the case denied Gateway Pundit’s efforts to unseal the documents.
HOWEVER, Gateway Pundit filed an appeal to the federal Second Circuit Court of Appeals, demanding that GP and the public be allowed to access the Epstein Sex Client list.

On February 27, 2023, a “John Doe” interested party (a person whose identity had been sealed by the court because of their affiliation with Epstein) filed a Brief opposing Gateway Pundit’s appeal and asking the Court of Appeals to deny the brief.
