Justice Department Drops Biden-Era Lawfare Suit Against Trump Adviser Peter Navarro – The Same Suit Where FBI Agents Celebrated His Indictment

The Department of Justice will drop a Biden-era lawsuit against Trump adviser Peter Navarro, President Trump’s current trade and manufacturing senior counselor.

The Biden lawfare suit claimed Navarro used an unofficial email account for government work and wrongfully retained presidential records during the first Trump administration. The court filing occurred on Tuesday.

This lawfare case was truly gutsy coming from the Biden administration, especially after it was discovered that Joe Biden was negotiating oil and gas deals to benefit his crooked son Hunter Biden and Burisma through a private email account.

In fact, the National Archives previously confirmed through a FOIA response that they found 5,138 email messages and 25 electronic files pertaining to the known Joe Biden pseudonym accounts robinware456@gmail.com, JRBWare@gmail.com and Robert.L.Peters@pci.gov.

But the law never applies to elite Democrat politicians. And only Republicans are punished in the Democrat’s elaborate lawfare network that included the Biden Department of Justice.

CNN has more on today’s development that comes several months late.

The joint filing by the Justice Department and an attorney for Navarro doesn’t explain why they are abandoning a case that was filed in 2022, during President Joe Biden’s term in office. The one-page filing says each side will bear their own fees and costs.

The lawsuit accused Navarro of using at least one “non-official” email account — a ProtonMail account — to send and receive emails. The legal action comes just weeks after Navarro was indicted on criminal charges after refusing to cooperate with a congressional investigation into the January 6, 2021, attack on the Capitol. Navarro served a four-month prison sentence after being found guilty of misdemeanor charges.

The civil cases alleges that by using the unofficial email account, Navarro failed to turn over presidential records to the National Archives and Records Administration.

The government notified the court of the lawsuit’s dismissal a day before US Magistrate G. Michael Harvey was scheduled to preside over a status conference for the case.

The case that was dropped on Tuesday also happens to be the same lawfare case where internal emails were discovered from top Trump-hating FBI agents “planning and celebrating” the indictment of Dr. Navarro.

In one email to a colleague, former FBI official Timothy Thibault celebrated Navarro’s impending indictment, “Wow! Great!”

These are the people who were in charge of the FBI during the Biden years. They likely do not have to worry about any repercussions for their disgusting behavior. Republicans are too weak to act against these wicked Biden officials.

Don’t expect the fake news media to give you the full story here on these Navarro charges.

Today we are celebrating with Peter Navarro and Lady Justice. This lawsuit should NEVER have been filed against Peter.

Now, Peter can devote even more time helping President Trump and the American people in their current trade negotiations.
