The political battle between Democrat rocker Bruce Springsteen and President Donald Trump carried on into a second week, with the Boss ranting against Trump throughout his third straight show in Manchester, England, Tuesday night and releasing his anti-Trump speeches online, while Trump posted a trolling video of him knocking Springsteen over with a golf ball Wednesday morning.
Trump’s post of the Springsteen video is a play on a classic meme of him hitting a tee shot and the ball knocking Hillary Clinton, and later Joe Biden, down. This one uses a real video of Springsteen tripping and falling on stage during a concert in Amsterdam in 2023. The video was created by “resistthedonkey.”

Previously, Trump hit back at Springsteen for trashing him in his concert speeches in a post on Truth Social and a second post calling for an investigation into whether Democrat presidential nominee Kamala Harris violated campaign finance rules by paying for endorsements by Springsteen and other celebrities last year.
Overnight, Springsteen released a four-song EP on streaming services worldwide containing his anti-Trump speeches from his opening night concert with the E Street Band last week at the Co-Op Live arena in Manchester.

It appears Springsteen, who has performed for every Democratic presidential nominee since John Kerry in 2004 including the the Harris campaign last fall, is going to spend the next two months on his European tour campaigning overseas against President Trump, working to undermine the Make America Great Again agenda that 77 million Americans voted for last November when they elected Trump president and gave Republicans control of the House and Senate.

Jennifer Palmieri, a senior Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton operative, posted last Saturday that she was in attendance for Springsteen’s second show in Manchester, lending the appearance that Springsteen is coordinating with his good friend Obama and the Democratic Party to sabotage President Trump’s efforts to bring peace to Europe and the Middle East, rebalance trade agreements, secure America’s borders, reform government and bring good paying jobs to the blue collar workers Springsteen claims to sing for.

Candidates aren’t allowed to pay for ENDORSEMENTS, which is what Kamala did, under the guise of paying for entertainment. In addition, this was a very expensive and desperate effort to artificially build up her sparse crowds. IT’S NOT LEGAL! For these unpatriotic “entertainers,” this was just a CORRUPT & UNLAWFUL way to capitalize on a broken system. Thank you for your attention to this matter!!!

The America l’ve sung to you about for 50 years is real and regardless of its faults is a great country with a great people. So we’ll survive this moment. Now, I have hope, because I believe in the truth of what the great American writer James Baldwin said. He said, “In this world, there isn’t as much humanity as one would like, but there’s enough.” Let’s pray.
Springsteen is scheduled to tour Europe now through July 3rd with shows (in order) in France, England, Germany, Czech Republic, Germany, Spain, Germany and ending with shows in Italy–with the finale taking place on July 3rd.
No U.S. shows have been announced, but with Springsteen having gone overseas to declare war on President Trump and his MAGA supporters, it would be cowardly of him not to play U.S. shows this summer or fall.
