Disturbing footage has emerged showing two members of Congress making a complete mockery of the institution and U.S. taxpayers.
On Wednesday, journalist and former congressional candidate Matthew Foldi captured some alarming footage during a House Energy and Commerce Committee hearing. While moving his camera, he noticed that 71-year-old Rep. Debbie Dingell (D-MI) had fallen sound asleep during the hearing and zoomed in.
It’s unclear whether Dingell was snoring or what caused her to fall asleep.

Then, Foldi captured yet another Democrat Congresswoman dozing off at THE SAME HEARING. As Rep. Diana DeGette (D-CO) starts whining about Planned Parenthood potentially losing federal funding, her fellow traveler Rep. Jan Schakowsky (D-IL), age 80, is seen taking a nap.
Schakowsky can be seen on the far right-hand side of the video, completely oblivious.

Such images bring to mind Joe Biden falling sound asleep countless times while occupying the Oval Office. The Gateway Pundit extensively covered these humiliating episodes of the now 82-year-old man.
Today’s stunning images should provide another incentive for congressional term limits or at least some age limit for congressional members. It is perhaps only a matter of time before one of these congress critters never wakes up from a ‘nap.’
Sadly, we know members of both parties are too addicted to power ever to consider doing the right thing.
