Lemon’s remarks came amid a discussion on his “Clip Farmers” podcast, where he and his co-hosts mocked Kelly’s appearance, using terms like “chopped” to imply she is unattractive or surgically altered in a negative way.
The cringe ex-CNN host, known for his advocacy within the LGBTQ community, faced immediate backlash for what critics called hypocritical comments that weaponized transgender identity as an insult.
Social media erupted with accusations of Lemon being “two-faced,” as users pointed out the irony of an LGBTQ ally using such language against a political opponent, exposing his hypocrisy.
In a separate cringe media moment, failed late-night host Jimmy Kimmel appeared on Ted Danson’s “Where Everybody Knows Your Name” podcast, where he criticized former President Donald Trump’s immigration enforcement. Kimmel argued that Christianity has been “co-opted and perverted” by supporters of strict immigration enforcement, falsely claiming it contradicts core religious teachings.
The failed comedian specifically stated that Jesus would not approve of arresting individuals solely based on their immigration status, framing the issue as a moral failing. Kimmel expressed bewilderment at how those backing deportation measures could attend church, suggesting a disconnect between faith and policy support.
