During an Augusta, Maine, school board meeting, several protestors partially undressed to show board members exactly how young girls feel when forced to undress in locker rooms in front of biological males.
As a protest against the Augusta School Department’s Title IX policy, three people started to take off their clothes at Wednesday’s school board meeting.
Nicholas Blanchard, who goes by the name Corn Pop, was accompanied by two women and a man — who started to undress as he spoke.
“You feel uncomfortable? ‘Cause that’s what these young girls feel like when a boy walks into the locker room and starts undressing around them. You feel uncomfortable, right?” Blanchard said.
Blanchard shared a video of the protest on X, noting, “The Augusta School Board had a chance to be heroes but instead became zeros.”
“So Corn Pop and a few Augusta residents stepped in, giving them a taste of their own medicine, making them feel as uneasy as young girls do when a young man changes in front of them.”

As the board members squirmed in discomfort, Blanchard addressed them from the podium, saying, “So now I’m about to show you guys how uncomfortable it is for these young girls.”
He was interrupted with a ‘point of order.’
He continued, “They’re covered. You feel uncomfortable? Because that’s what these young girls feel like when a boy walks into the locker room and starts unchanging in front of them.”
“Yeah, you feel uncomfortable, right?”

The Unquirer notes, “In Augusta Maine, on record – the school allows non-binary males to change/shower/play sports w/ girls. As of now only Kati McCormick & James Orr on the board stand with protecting girls & boys in school.”
“The rest of the board are either unsure or support ‘Gender Ideology’ which erases any concept of biological sex & replaces it with the subjective structure of self-id & gender declaration/expression which supersedes historic protections for boys/girls.”
