Immergut believes she is the Commander in Chief.

Judge Karin Immergut ruled the action to move troops into antifa-ravaged Portland was unlawful and unconstitutional.

Her order blocks troops from California to enter Portland or any other state from entering Portland to rid the streets of Antifa terrorists.

According to FOX News: Immergut’s ruling says that the Trump administration’s action violates federal statute 10 U.S.C. §12406 and the Tenth Amendment.

So, why would Immergut want Antifa to rule the streets of Portland?

Who recommended this loon to President Trump? There should be a public apology.

Democrat shock troops have been protesting in Portland and destroying property for years now.
