Nevada’s AG Says Pam Bondi Is OUTRAGED After Israel’s Top Cyber Chief Fled the U.S. Without Surrendering His Passport Following Arrest for Luring a Minor Online: “He Must Be Returned Immediately to Face Justice”

On Monday night, Sigal Chattah, U.S. Attorney for the District of Nevada, sounded the alarm after a shocking betrayal of justice allowed an alleged child molester to escape accountability, which “outraged” U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi.

The Gateway Pundit reported Monday that Tom Artiom Alexandrovich, head of the Technological Defense Division at the Israel National Cyber Directorate, was arrested in Las Vegas on suspicion of attempting to lure minors for sexual purposes.

According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, Alexandrovich was caught attempting to solicit sex from a minor electronically during a multi-agency sting operation targeting child predators.

He was booked into the Henderson Detention Center and shockingly released by a Nevada state judge on a measly $10,000 bail, without requiring him to surrender his passport.

The Nevada Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force confirmed the bust was part of a multi-agency operation that included LVMPD, FBI’s Child Exploitation Task Force, Homeland Security Investigations, Henderson Police, North Las Vegas Police, and the Nevada Attorney General’s Office.

In total, eight predators were arrested:

  • David Wonnacott-Yahnke, 40
  • Tom Artiom Alexandrovich, 38
  • Jose Alberto Perez-Torres, 35
  • Aniket Brajeshkumar Sadani, 23
  • James Ramon Reddick, 23
  • Ramon Manuel Parra Valenzuela, 29
  • Neal Harrison Creecy, 46
  • John Charles Duncan, 49

All face felony charges of Luring a Child with a Computer for Sex Act.

According to Ynet News, “After his questioning, he returned to his hotel and flew back to Israel two days later. Israeli officials downplayed the incident, saying it carried “no political implications” and was resolved quickly. The reasons for the questioning remain unclear but may relate to the employee’s conduct.”

Netanyahu’s office quickly released a statement denying that the employee had ever been arrested.

“A state employee who traveled to the U.S. for professional matters was questioned by American authorities during his stay,” the prime minister’s office said. “The employee, who does not hold a diplomatic visa, was not arrested and returned to Israel as scheduled.”

With online speculation swirling that the U.S. government may have intervened to shield a high-ranking Israeli cyber official, the State Department issued a statement:

“The Department of State is aware that Tom Artiom Alexandrovich, an Israeli citizen, was arrested in Las Vegas and given a court date for charges related to soliciting sex electronically from a minor. He did not claim diplomatic immunity and was released by a state judge pending a court date. Any claims that the U.S. government intervened are false.”

U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi was reportedly furious when she learned Nevada’s liberal district attorney and a weak state judge allowed Alexandrovich to walk free, according to Nevada’s Attorney General Sigal Chattah.

“A liberal district attorney and state court judge in Nevada FAILED TO REQUIRE AN ALLEGED CHILD MOLESTER TO SURRENDER HIS PASSPORT, which allowed him to flee our country. The Attorney General [Pam Bondi] just called me outraged and she also called the [FBI Director Kash Patel]. The individual who fled our country should have had his passport seized by the state authorities. He must be returned immediately to face justice.”
