Update: More Evidence Biden DOJ Worked with Colorado Officials Leading Up to Tina Peters’ Imprisonment Which Provides Additional Support for a Trump Pardon

There is ample evidence that the Biden DOJ performed an investigation of Tina Peters and worked with Colorado officials in doing so.  This arguably provides President Trump grounds to pardon Tina Peters.

Per a discussion with a Trump Administration Official if the officials in the state of Colorado worked on behalf of the Biden regime’s DOJ or in collusion with the DOJ in their indictments and imprisonment of Tina Peters, there may be grounds for Tina Peters to receive a Trump pardon.

This has never been brought to the courts but it makes sense.  Because Tina was tried in a state court, the argument was that President Trump could not pardon her, only the governor of Colorado could.

Once the federal government got involved, which we have evidence that they did, this whole case changes.  Based on the degree of involvement or maybe the fact that they were involved at all, opens the door for a Trump pardon of Tina Peters.

On Monday we reported that Sheriff Dar Leaf from Michigan provided evidence in emails that the DOJ was working with Dominion on the Tina Peters case in Colorado.

We also provided evidence that Biden’s Attorney General Merrick Garland and his FBI Director Chris Wray were involved in the Tina Peters case.  They both sat in on a conference call in Mesa County regarding Tina Peters’ election security findings after the 2020 election.

Martel Maxim reported on this meeting previously.

On September 2, 2021 a meeting was convened by Sherronna Bishop and associates to show the Mesa County Commissioners and other leadership the Election Security findings of former Mesa County Election Clerk Tina Peters. To Sherronna’s surprise, FBI Director Christopher Wray, US Attorney General Merrick Garland and even CNN (Paul Murphy) were in attendance (via video). Why would Federal agents be in attendance with this state issue, and why would CNN be approved to be invited?

Here is that conference call with AG Garland and FBI Director Wray on the call.

Today, we can provide additional support that the federal government was involved in the Tina Peters case in Colorado.

Sherronna Bishop was investigated at the same time that the Feds were investigating Tina Peters.  Ms. Bishop provided the following email from Google that she received in 2024.  This email confirmed Google released information related to her account to the FBI and was prohibited to notify her until the date of the email from Google (April 30, 2024) due to a court order.

In addition, attorneys at the DOJ were working on the Tina Peters case.  In an email to the attorney representing Sherronna Bishop, the DOJ claimed that they were part of a filter team which Ms. Bishop’s attorney objected to.  The DOJ used this team to suggest they were preventing the prosecution team from obtaining privileged information.  However, based on the DOJ’s actions in the Colorado case involving Tina Peters who could possibly believe that they were not sharing any information gained with state officials?

What this shows is more evidence that the Biden DOJ and FBI were working with the state of Colorado in matters involving Tina Peters and her colleagues in Mesa County.
