The House Oversight Committee is turning up the heat on Neville Roy Singham, the shadowy billionaire and alleged Chinese Communist Party asset accused of bankrolling the radical left’s most disruptive street agitators.
In a bombshell move announced on Tuesday, Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) confirmed that the Committee will issue a formal document request to Singham over his alleged financial support of the Party for Socialism and Liberation (PSL) — the extremist Marxist group believed to be behind the violent anti-ICE riots in Los Angeles.
“Thanks to the investigative work of Data Republican, House Oversight will issue a formal document request to Neville Singham regarding his funding of a communist group linked to the LA riots and the CCP,” Luna wrote on X.
She continued, “IF HE REFUSES TO APPEAR, HE WILL BE SUBPOENAED, AND IF HE IGNORES THAT HE WILL BE REFERRED TO THE DOJ FOR PROSECUTION.”

According to a bombshell report by @DataRepublican, Neville Singham—a tech multimillionaire who resides in Shanghai, China—has funneled over $20 million into U.S.-based far-left organizations via dark money channels like The People’s Forum and No Cold War, both of which are openly pro-Beijing.

The Party for Socialism and Liberation, a Marxist-Leninist group that advocates the complete dismantling of U.S. capitalism, was not only involved in organizing the LA riots but was reportedly responsible for printing signage, providing trained spokespeople, and coordinating demonstrations in other cities, including San Antonio and Oakland.
Even more disturbing, the same Singham-funded network also financed and coordinated pro-Hamas encampments and student uprisings at Columbia University and other elite campuses earlier this year.

Rep. MTG wrote on X, “Is this war on ICE and America being funded by Neville Singham. Is it being funded by China? Was BLM riots funded by China? Is Antifa Communists funded by China? Are the cartels linked? This is an actual war being waged against our country.”

This isn’t the first time Singham’s name has come up in national security circles.
Last year, Senators Marco Rubio (R-FL) and Lindsey Graham (R-SC) called on the DOJ to investigate Singham under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) for allegedly acting as an unregistered foreign agent for China’s Ministry of State Security. The DOJ took no action.
Graham and Rubio wrote to U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland, “Many of these groups have increased their activism in the wake of Hamas’s October 7, 2023 brutal terrorist attack on Israel. These groups have not only disrupted Senate proceedings, but have engaged in violent, antisemitic riots in many cities across the United States.”
The Senators continued, “These reports suggest that Mr. Singham has expanded his network to include not only far-left, pro-CCP entities, but also radical, antisemitic entities. One such organization is Shut It Down for Palestine (SID4P), an entity established in October 2023. According to the Network Contagion Research Institute, “Conveners,” or organizations operating under the SID4P umbrella, are members of Singham’s donor portfolio. These organizations include the People’s Forum, ANSWER Coalition, International People’s Assembly, Al-Awda NY, National Students for Justice in Palestine, Palestinian Youth Movement, and Palestinian American Community Center NJ. Some of these groups have ties to U.S.-designated foreign terrorist organizations such as Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP). Moreover, one of SID4P’s “Endorsers” is an entity known as Samidoun, which, according to some open source reporting, is a front for the PFLP.”
