Border Czar Tom Homan taunted AOC after the Justice Department indicted Democrat Rep. LaMonica McIver.
Recall that Democrat Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez threatened federal law enforcement and said there would be “hell to pay” if they arrest any of the New Jersey Democrats who stormed the Delaney Hall detention center in Newark.
Tom Homan trolled AOC during an appearance on Fox News Tuesday evening.
“Remember couple weeks ago AOC said ‘if you put a finger on Congress people from the Newark facility, there would be consequences?’ Well, guess what? We did it. I’m waiting on the consequences!” Homan said to Laura Ingraham.

Last Monday, US Attorney Alina Habba announced federal charges against Democrat Rep. LaMonica McIver for assaulting ICE agents.

“Today my office has charged Congresswoman McIver with violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 111(a)(1) for assaulting, impeding and interfering with law enforcement,” Alina Habba said on Monday evening.
“No one is above the law — politicians or otherwise,” Alina Habba said.
ICE bodycam footage showed Democrat Rep. LaMonica McIver verbally abusing and physically assaulting federal agents at a detention facility in Newark.
Rep. Monica McIver was seen laying hands on agents during the altercation and chaos.
“I touch whoever I want motherf*cker!” McIver shouted.

LaMonica McIver appeared before a judge last Wednesday after the Justice Department charged her with federal crimes for assaulting ICE agents.
Rep. McIver appeared virtually from DC. She was released on her own recognizance and did not have to post bail.
The judge ordered McIver to surrender her firearms and said she cannot travel outside of the US.
