Representative Jamie Raskin (D-MD) appeared on MSNBC’s “The Rachel Maddow Show”, where he claimed that Trump administration officials could face arrest for “interfering with a legal proceeding” or “kidnapping” in relation to his claim they defied a court order by Judge Boasberg. He suggested that officials involved in actions such as deportations that so called “violate” judicial rulings could be criminally liable.
When asked by Maddow how should people be reacting to the arrests of rogue judges, he responded by stating that “the people need to manifest their outrage about these assaults on judicial independence”. It’s clear that Democrats are attempting to spark some kind of civil unrest during the 2nd Trump administration, whether it’s through Elon Musk, DOGE, Tesla or deportations.
