President Trump commuted the sentence of another Hunter Biden associate.
Trump commuted the sentence of Jason Galanis, who was serving a 14-year federal prison sentence for defrauding an Indian tribe.
Hunter’s former business partner Devon Archer and Jason Galanis sought to defraud the Wakpamni Lake Community Corp., the business faction of the Oglala Sioux Tripe of South Dakota’s Wakpamni Lake Community.
Last year Jason Galanis cooperated with House Republicans and testified during a public hearing.

“Many people have asked me to do this. I think he was treated very unfairly. And I looked at the records, studied the records, and he was,” said President Trump of Devon Archer. “He was the victim of a crime as far as I’m concerned. So we’re going to undo that.”
