There has never been a time I have supported a “Continuing Resolution (CR),” a budget maneuver that lets Congress off the hook. Until now.
Yes, in today’s world, it is our only option.
Democrats now want to shut the government down to make Trump look bad. We can not let that happen, because President Trump is doing what Congress never could, he’s cutting spending.
We need to keep the government running so President Trump can keep the mass deportations going and the DOGE team hard at work. Shutting the government down now would only endanger the America First agenda. We are in a far different position than when I advocated to shut the government down in the past, because during “Trump Time” his team is doing more good than harm. The very opposite of Joe Biden and any other President’s tenure.
