A huge shouting match erupted between Rep. James Comer (R-KY) and one of the most radical members of the House of Representatives during a critical house hearing today regarding pro-illegal alien sanctuary city policies in America.
As TGP’s Jordan Conradson reported, the House Oversight Committee questioned sanctuary city officials during a hearing on Wednesday investigating “their refusal to cooperate with federal immigration authorities.”
The mayors of the most pro-illegal immigrant cities, including Michelle Wu of Boston, Brandon Johnson of Chicago, Mike Johnston of Denver, and Eric Adams of New York, testified Wednesday morning before the committee.
In the afternoon, Rep. Ayanna Pressley (D-MA), a member of the far-left “Squad,” announced she had a unanimous consent request to submit a misleading article into the record, which Comer granted. She was supposed to silently hand the article over so it could be referred to later as is house procedure.
But she began reading the article instead.
“in 2018, data from Texas shows that US-born,” she began to read before Comer shouted. “Without objection, so ordered! Enter it into the record.”
Pressley protested and said she had several articles to enter into the record and wanted to “introduce them.” Comer then asked what the next article was, which Pressley took as an invitation to read the first one she was supposed to submit.
“Data shows that U.S.-born Americans commit more r*pe and murder…” she reads.
“No!” Comer interrupts. “This trend of you all trying to get thrown out of committee and get on MSNBC is going to end!”
Upon hearing this, Pressley began melting down and yelling at the top of her lungs.

“I have a procedural right as a member of this committee to submit documents for the record,” she yelled as Comer tried to shut her down. “I am reclaiming my time!”
“And I take particular umbrage as a survivor of sexual violence!” she continued screaming. “I will enter into the record this is my right! Thank you!”
“No!” Comer fires back. “You know the process of unanimous consent. You are not recognized.”
“I have several articles to enter into the record!” Pressley whined.
The segment finally ended with Comer moving on to another speaker.
