Elon Musk recently revealed bombshell findings by the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) that Democrats may be using entitlement fraud to incentivize illegal immigration and flood the country with Democrat voters.
“Entitlements fraud for illegal aliens, is what is serving as a gigantic magnetic force to pull people in from all around the world and keep them here,” Musk said told Rogan.
“If you end the illegal alien fraud, then you turn off that magnet, and they leave. And they stop coming, and the ones that are here, many of them will simply leave. And if that happens, they will lose a massive number of Democratic voters.”
Washington, DC and Several states across the country, including Vermont, Maryland, and California, actually allow illegal aliens and noncitizens to vote in local elections as federal law only prohibits noncitizens from voting in federal elections. Still, documentary proof of citizenship is not required for registrants, leaving the potential for millions to vote in Presidential and congressional races across the country.
In New York, there is an ongoing lawsuit in the state’s highest court to determine the constitutionality of a New York City law that would permit nearly one million noncitizens to vote in municipal elections. Per Ballotpedia, “On February 11, 2025, oral arguments began in the New York Court of Appeals, the state’s highest court, in an appeal of the lower court’s decision.”
Musk and the Department of Government Efficiency also recently revealed that DOGE discovered millions of people aged 110 years or older in the Social Security database. How many of these people—many of whom are older than the United States—are also voting in our elections?
Musk broke the shocking news during a more than three-hour interview on the Joe Rogan Experience that aired Friday.

Basically, if you pay people at a standard of living that is above 90% of Earth, then you have a very powerful incentive for 90% of Earth to come here and stay here. But if you end the illegal alien fraud, then you turn off that magnet, and they leave. And they stop coming, and the ones that are here, many of them will simply leave. And if that happens, they will lose a massive number of Democratic voters.
Rogan: And if it didn’t happen, they would turn those people into voters, which they were trying to do?
Musk: Correct. They’re already turning them– in New York State, illegal aliens can already vote in state and city elections. A lot of people don’t know that. They’re trying to stop that, but it’s– currently, I think it’s like 600,000 are registered to vote– illegal aliens in New York.
