Former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo has announced a bid for Mayor of New York City in an extremely long infomercial-like video.
“We can handle a crisis because we have.m We recently did it together through COVID,” said the governor who murdered elderly nursing home patients by housing COVID-ill people with old people.
He ironically spoke about “mentally ill” homeless people and “the random violence,” which plagued New York City when he was governor.
“Our city is in crisis. That’s why I am running to be Mayor of New York City. We need government to work. We need effective leadership,” Cuomo said on X.
“We know that our New York City is in trouble,” Cuomo said.

This comes as Mayor Eric Adams, up for reelection this November, faces threats from the far left over his cooperation with President Trump’s efforts to deport illegal aliens. Last month, the Trump Justice Department moved to drop federal bribery charges against Adams, but a Biden judge refused to drop the charges. These charges came under the Biden Regime after Adams said illegal aliens are destroying New York City.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, Governor Kathy Hochul was considering removing Adams from office, but she decided instead to limit his executive authority with a range of measures pending the election results.
If New Yorkers care anything about illegal immigration, which is destroying their city, Adams will beat Cuomo in a landslide.
This is why Cuomo is now trying to rebrand himself as someone who will not “harbor criminals,” adding that “we believe in lawful, intelligent immigration.”
Cuomo resigned as Governor in 2021 after being accused of sexual harassment and unwanted advances by multiple women and as his handling of COVID came under increased scrutiny from law enforcement.
