White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt responded on Wednesday to attacks by Democrats against Elon Musk and new calls to impeach the Department of Government Efficiency Head.
Democrats facing an audit of government spending appear to be weighing all options to stop DOGE from uncovering waste, fraud, and abuse.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, Democrats are melting down over Elon Musk and Donald Trump rooting out waste, fraud, and communism in the halls of the US Capitol.
Radical leftist Congressman Jamie Raskin (D-MD), on Tuesday night, claimed that Elon Musk is “acting as president” during an appearance on Democrat propaganda broadcasting network MSNBC.
“Some people have been actually talking about impeaching President Elon Musk right now on the theory that he’s usurped the powers of the presidency,” Raskin said.
This doesn’t even make sense. As Karoline Leavitt noted, the implication that Musk has “the powers of the presidency” is “ridiculous.”
The Democrats are losing it because their gravy train of USAID and other fraudulent schemes is finally being looked into.

Leavitt: Absolutely not. That’s a ridiculous question.
Conradson: I ask that question because the Democrats have been hurling insults at Elon Musk, hurling attacks, calling him “President Musk.” Most recently, Jamie Raskin, the Congressman, took it a step further calling for Musk’s impeachment, saying that he somehow “usurped the power of the presidency.” What’s your response?
Leavitt: It’s utterly ridiculous. Elon Musk addressed this in the Oval Office yesterday. The President addressed it as well. Elon Musk is serving at the pleasure of the President just like everybody else on this team. He takes directives directly from the President of the United States, and I think some of the comments you referred to are a failed attempt from the media and from Democrats to try to sow division in this White House. We saw them do it in the first term. We’re not going to let them do it in the second term. This is a unified team who is working at the pleasure of the President to do what’s right for the American people.
